Automations

An Automation is a series of actions that solves a specific use case. An Automation represents a workflow that automates tasks, ranging from simple operations to multi-step, cross-system processes. An Automation can be triggered by:

• Events that occur on remote systems
• Manually started by a user
• Scheduled jobs

An Automation executes the workflow Steps and displays an output after each Step. Automations are associated with workspaces and are available to the users who have access to those workspaces. Automations can also be shared with user and groups within the same account by exposing the Automation in the Self-service portal
