Create Access Token.png

  1. Add the new integration to all pages and databases which you would like to access programmatically via Blink. For more information, refer to the Notion Documentation.
    info

If your connection is not added to a page or a database, they will not be accessible to Blink. This includes any related actions/events such as a newly created child page. Therefore, we recommend adding your new connection to the highest-tier page/database possible, so all sub-pages will also be accessible to it.

  1. In the Blink platform, navigate to the Connections page > Add connection. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.
  2. Select the Notion icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appears.
  3. (Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.
  4. Select Access Token as the method to make the connection.
  5. Fill in the parameters:
    • The access token
  6. (Optional) Click Test Connection to test it.
  7. Click Create connection. The new connection appears on the Connections page.
